DEVIL MAY CRY WILL BE GETTING A NEW SHOW AND CROSS-OVER!

Capcom’s beloved hack-n-slash. demon-filled franchise, Devil May Cry, will be getting a new animated series created by Adi Shankar, the executive producer of the Castlevania series on Netflix. The interview took place on IGN, where he then revealed that in addition to Devil May Cry landing its own series, it will be apart of Castlevania in something deemed “The Bootleg Multiverse”.

The producer has chosen to leave everything up to speculation, however, it does seem odd enough that these two franchises–that are made from different companies–have united in this new take by Shankar. The Devil May Cry series has yet to find a streaming service, but is claimed by Shankar, in an interview with Polygon, to have offers from different streaming platforms.

Next year will be Capcom’s Devil May Cry 5, the official fifth installment of the original franchise and will be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.

I'm just a random guy with a passion for all things gaming, writing, editing, and anime related. I'm open-minded about pretty much everything, and I try my best not to kill people who reach for my controller while I play. (Disclaimer: If you do decide to do that, be prepared to come up missing). Other than that, we should get along just fine!!
