Nintendo has released their latest editions for a game for Pokémon where fans will get to choose between Team Pikachu or Team Eevee. Regardless of which edition you’ve chose, players will venture out into the beautiful region of Kanto. there, players will induldge themselves in numerous activities such as catching and training Pokémon and then battling Pokémon Trainers, Gym Leaders, and the infamous Team Rocket, whilst accompanied by either Pikachu or Eevee.
The Pokéball Plus accessory is also available. This allows players to have a real life Pokéball replica that players can actually give purpose to by placing their in-game Pokémon into it and going out into their daily lives as they can actually use this accessory and level it up, thus they’ll be able to simultaneously receive in-game rewards for it. The legendary Pokémon, Mew, will also be available in the Pokéball Plus.
Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President Of Sales And Marketing, has said the following about these newer entries, “For newer Pokémon fans, these games offer a great entry point to the Kanto region with rich story full of memorable characters and RPG gameplay, while long-time fans can revisit the place where it all began to compete in tough new challenges and earn the title of Pokémon Master”, he proceeded by saying,”With the ability to play games anytime, anywhere on Nintendo Switch, Pikachu and Eevee are the perfect travel companions this holiday season”.
The games will let you reprise the roles of a male or a female, as it relates to the version you choose to get. As you hone your skills to reach the state of the best Pokémon Trainer, you will encounter familiar faces, iconic characters and a plethora of Pokémon, but additionally, Pokémon will be scaled to represent their actual sizes in-game!
Your friends can join the action in the comfort of your home, on the TV mode or Tablet mode as you battle your Pokémon Trainers against one another! And not only that, but you have the choice to battle with two Joy-con controllers or using the Pokéball Plus accessories! If that isn’t already sweet enough, players will be able to both battle and trade Pokémon with their family and friends via online or wireless!
The Pokémon GO app is also compatible with both Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! You will be allowed to transfer Pokémon from the Kanto region into the game, including Alolan and Shiny Forms, and newer mythical ones that have been discovered, like Meltan and MelMetal. Also, the Pokéball accessory is compatible with Pokémon GO in order to catch Pokémon while getting items from Pokéstops as well.
